- Организация и проведение платежей по кипрским и зарубежным компаниям холдинга
- Поддержка операционного взаимодействия с банками (открытие/закрытие счетов, KYC, коммуникация по текущим вопросам)
- Контроль корректности реквизитов и согласования платежей, подготовка платёжных поручений
- Ведение реестра платежей, управление графиком оплат, контроль лимитов
- Первичный контроль достаточности ликвидности на счетах, инициирование переводов между счетами
- Подготовка информации для бухгалтерии и финансовой отчетности (разнесение платежей в системе по проектам/статьям)
- Ведение базы контрагентов и контроль актуальности реквизитов
- Участие во внедрении автоматизации казначейских процессов (интеграции с банками, ERP)
✨Требования✨
- Опыт работы с банками (операционные коммуникации, KYC, работа в интернет-банке).
- Понимание базовых принципов бухгалтерского учета (назначение статей, работа с платежами и авансами).
- Опыт работы в международной среде (желательно — Кипр или ЕС).
- Знание английского языка на уровне деловой переписки (общение с банками и международными контрагентами).
- Внимательность к деталям, аккуратность в работе с документами и платежами.
- Владение Excel и офисными инструментами; приветствуется опыт работы с ERP/учетными системами (1С, NetSuite, SAP и др.).
- Приветствуется опыт участия в автоматизации (банковские API, интеграции).
