We are looking for a Head of Media Buying who will lead and scale the media buying department, manage a team of buyers, drive traffic growth for an in-house product, and achieve customer acquisition targets.
We need more than just a strong buyer — we are looking for someone who can build and manage a full performance marketing system: team, funnels, analytics, creatives, technical infrastructure, traffic quality control, and business performance.
Responsibilities
Manage and lead the media buying team;
Set tasks, monitor KPIs, and develop team performance;
Organize and scale traffic acquisition for an in-house product;
Achieve customer acquisition and loan issuance targets;
Work with traffic sources: Meta / Facebook Ads and Google Ads;
Develop, test, and optimize advertising funnels and bundles;
Generate and validate new hypotheses, creatives, approaches, and funnels;
Monitor campaign performance by CPA, CAC, CR, approve rate, loan issuance volume, and traffic quality;
Scale profitable campaigns and cut ineffective ones;
Configure and oversee analytics across all funnel stages;
Ensure correct event tracking and data transfer to Meta, Google, and internal analytics systems;
Work with PWA apps, APK apps, Android and iOS traffic;
Collaborate with analytics, product, development, and performance teams;
Control advertising infrastructure: accounts, domains, trackers, apps, landing pages, pre-landers, redirects, and related systems.
