We are looking for an experienced Cyber Security Head to lead and develop the companyβs information security function. This role is responsible for defining security strategy, managing risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and protecting corporate data and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement the companyβs information security strategy
* Manage information security risks and establish security policies, standards, and procedures
* Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry requirements (e.g. ISO 27001, GDPR, PCI DSS)
* Implement and maintain security solutions, including SIEM, DLP, IAM, WAF, EDR, antivirus solutions, firewalls, and related tools
* Lead incident response activities, including investigations and root cause analysis
* Ensure the protection of corporate data, IT infrastructure, and cloud and on-premises systems
* Organize and conduct cybersecurity awareness and training programs for employees
Requirements
* At least 5 years of experience in information security or cybersecurity
* Deep understanding of modern cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and attack techniques (APT, phishing, ransomware, etc.)
* Strong knowledge of common cyberattack types and methods for detection, containment, and mitigation
* Proven experience implementing security systems at the enterprise level
* Knowledge of international standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, OWASP, and MITRE ATT&CK
* Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and sound decision-making abilities
* Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH, or similar are a strong advantage**
