Position: Recruiter
Office-based role in Limassol.

An international company operating in several verticals Forex (regulated), Gambling (regulated), and Media Buying is opening a Recruiter position at its Limassol office.

**Key Responsibilities:
**▫️ Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate support.
▫️ Collaborate with department heads to clarify role requirements.
▫️ Source specialists through LinkedIn, Telegram, niche communities, and other channels.
▫️ Maintain candidate pipelines and hiring processes in ATS/CRM.

**Requirements:
▫️ Minimum 1 year of experience as a recruiter in Forex, iGaming, Media Buying, or other high-risk industries.**
▫️ English level: Intermediate or higher.
▫️ Strong communication and negotiation skills.
▫️ Ability to quickly adapt to new roles and industry specifics.
