Junior Accountant (Russian-speaking) Property & Facilities Management
About the Role: Join a full-cycle property management provider servicing office and residential buildings. The company handles everything from cleaning and technical maintenance (lifts, pools, HVAC) to on-site security and event support.

Vendor & Client Reconciliations: Match balances, investigate discrepancies, and maintain up-to-date reconciliation schedules.

**Position Overview
**The Office Manager will be the go-to person for keeping our office well-organized, fully supplied, and efficient. This role also includes administrative support such as generating reports, coordinating with vendors, and assisting department managers with daily operational tasks. You’ll play a key role in maintaining a productive and positive working environment.
**Key Responsibilities
Office Management**
Ensure the office is clean, stocked, and fully operational
Order supplies, handle deliveries, and liaise with vendors or service providers
Oversee basic facility needs (e.g., maintenance requests, kitchen & communal areas)
Administrative Support
Assist managers with scheduling, document preparation, and task follow-ups
Prepare internal reports and updates for ongoing projects
Support HR and finance departments with data entry and basic coordination
Team & Event Support
Organize internal meetings and events (e.g., team lunches, monthly briefings)
Welcome guests, partners, or new hires to the office
Help foster a welcoming and collaborative office atmosphere
