🔎 Мы запускаем новый продукт в нише Adult Entertainment и ищем Retention Manager’а, который поможет с нуля выстроить стратегию удержания, вовлечения и возврата пользователей.
📌 Обязанности:
• Анализ поведения пользователей (Amplitude, CRM, воронки) для выявления точек оттока и зон роста.
• Создание и проведение retention-кампаний: пуш-уведомления, e-mail, внутриигровые сообщения, награды.
• Совместно с продуктом — улучшение персонализации, онбординга и таймингов paywall на основе retention-метрик.
• Разработка и внедрение достижений, бонусов за вход и еженедельных/ежедневных стимулов.
• Мониторинг D1/D7/D30 retention, средней длительности сессии и времени просмотра, проведение A/B-тестов.
• Взаимодействие с маркетингом для синхронизации стратегий привлечения и удержания.
📌 Требования:
• Опыт в CRM, retention или lifecycle-маркетинге (желательно в видео/социальных/игровых продуктах).
• Владение Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Braze, OneSignal.
• Опыт разработки геймификационных механик и поведенческих триггеров.
• Навыки когортного анализа, сегментации и работы с LTV.
• Хороший копирайтинг для пушей/писем, понимание локализаций.
• Умение работать в условиях быстрого MVP-цикла и роста.
