📍 Job Title: Technical Project Manager (React + Nest.js)

Our mission is to deliver fast, intuitive, and high-converting user experiences for blockchain enthusiasts. As we grow, we're looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams, streamline development processes, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality features across our platforms.

📌 Responsibilities:
• Leading and managing multiple Web3 development projects from planning to release
• Collaborating with developers (React + Nest.js), designers, and stakeholders to define project scope and requirements
• Translating business goals into technical tasks and timelines
• Running sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and keeping the team on track
• Identifying technical risks and helping the team find pragmatic solutions
• Tracking progress, managing deadlines, and communicating updates clearly to stakeholders
• Helping prioritize tasks and features based on product value and deadlines
• Assisting in code reviews, architecture discussions, and system design decisions when needed
• Ensuring product quality and performance, especially during high-traffic events like presales

📌 Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in a technical project management role (or a similar position)
• Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Nest.js (you won’t be coding day-to-day, but you must understand the stack well)
• Experience managing software teams in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
• Understanding of Web3 technologies and wallet integrations (e.g. Wagmi, MetaMask, etc.)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to break down complex requirements and align them with development efforts
• Experience working with tools like Jira, Trello, or ClickUp
• A proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a dynamic, startup environment
• Fluent conversational English (C1+)

📌 Nice to Have:
• Previous experience in a Web3 or crypto-related project
• Experience as a developer (especially full-stack) before transitioning to management
• Knowledge of blockchain ecosystems (Ethereum, BSC, etc.)
