**Key Responsibilities
Office Management**
Ensure the office is clean, stocked, and fully operational
Order supplies, handle deliveries, and liaise with vendors or service providers
Oversee basic facility needs (e.g., maintenance requests, kitchen & communal areas)
Administrative Support
Assist managers with scheduling, document preparation, and task follow-ups
Prepare internal reports and updates for ongoing projects
Support HR and finance departments with data entry and basic coordination
Team & Event Support
Organize internal meetings and events (e.g., team lunches, monthly briefings)
Welcome guests, partners, or new hires to the office
Help foster a welcoming and collaborative office atmosphere
**Requirements
**Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Comfortable with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
A proactive, positive, and dependable attitude
Prior office or administrative experience is a plus
**Working Hours
Monday to Friday – 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM**
On-site presence is required
