Cleverside в поисках User Acquisition Manager (Unity Ads, AppLovin, Mintegral).

🛸 Чем предстоит заниматься:
- Планировать, запускать и оптимизировать рекламные кампании -Unity Ads, AppLovin, Mintegral;
- Работать с DSP-платформами (Moloco, Liftoff, Smadex);
- Искать партнеров и закупать incentivized traffic;
- Анализировать эффективность кампаний по ключевым KPI (ROAS и др).

🌙 Что важно:
- 3+ лет опыт работы с Unity Ads, AppLovin, Mintegral;
- Опыт работы с продуктами по подписочной модели и с рекламной монетизацией (игры, утилиты);
- Будет плюсом опыт работы с веб-продукты, а также опыт с мотивированным трафиком, DSP-платформами.

Position: User Acquisition Manager (Middle|Senior)

What you will do:
▪️ Develop, launch, and optimize marketing campaigns (user acquisition, increasing ROAS).
▪️ Manage ad campaigns on social media (Meta, Google) as well as platforms like Unity, Applovin, Mintegral, TikTok, and others.
▪️ Analyze campaign performance and monitor KPI achievement.
▪️ Build and maintain effective relationships with account managers and partners.
▪️ Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Motion Designers, HTML5 specialists).
▪️ Research and test new tools, promotion channels, and strategies to drive growth.
