Сейчас мы усиливаем нашу команду CRM и ищем сильного CRM-менеджера, который понимает, что CRM — это не про "разослать письмо", а про эффективную коммуникацию, воронки и аналитику.
🔧 Что предстоит делать:
Строить умные, автоматизированные воронки для разных каналов трафика: квизы, вебинары, курсы, партнёрские лиды и т.д.
Создавать welcome-цепочки, апсейлы, реанимации, abandoned-сценарии
Настраивать CRM-инструменты: теги, события, переменные, кастомные поля
Работать с регулярными и триггерными рассылками по разным каналам: email, push, SMS, WhatsApp
Погружаться в интеграции с backend, понимать продуктовую логику
Отслеживать метрики: open rate, CTR, LTV, реанимации и др.
Адаптировать и править HTML-шаблоны
Тестировать и внедрять AI-инструменты для автоматизации
✅ Что мы ищем:
Опыт в построении CRM-воронок под digital-продукты / подписки / EdTech
Понимание технической части: SPF/DKIM, домены, валидация
Навыки работы с триггерами, сегментами и персонализацией
Практика в мультиканальной коммуникации: email, push, мессенджеры
Уверенное обращение с HTML-письмами
Стратегическое и системное мышление, инициативность
