Требуется: Аffiliate marketing lead
О компании: Movavi – глобальная IT-компания родом из России, производитель программ для фото- и видеоредактирования. В портфолио компании сейчас более 20 продуктов (десктопные программы, мобильные приложения и браузерные решения), продающихся в 200+ странах. Основные рынки – США, Европа, Южная Корея и Латинская Америка. Команда работает в основном удаленно из многих стран – от Таиланда до Кипра или Испании.
Команда в поисках affiliate marketing lead. На этой роли ждут специалиста, у которого есть опыт построения аффилиатной программы для работы на международном рынке. Человека, который знает, что такое работа в команде, готов делиться опытом и улучшать процессы.
**Чем предстоит заниматься:
**-Привлечение новых партнеров;
-Проведение аналитики доходов от аффилиатной программы и выдвижение рекомендаций по их увеличению;
-Проведение активностей для повышением партнерского трафика и продаж;
-Контроль, анализ и оценка трафика и прибыльности партнеров;
-Техническое сопровождение работ по аффилиатной программе;
-Работа с командой: выстраивание эффективной коммуникации, ведение наставничества и т.д.
-Проведение сверок и оплат;
-Работа со смежными командами: постановка задач, контроль выполнения;
-Участие в мероприятиях для привлечения новых партнеров;
-Подготовка отчетности по результатам работы.
Для успешного выполнения задач потребуется:
-Опыт работы на схожей позиции;
-Опыт построения аффилиатной программы;
-Опыт в работы в Affiliate-маркетинге от 5 лет
-Опыт в роли наставника или на позиции lead;
-Работа с продуктом на международном рынке;
-Уровень английского С1: возможность свободно общаться, читать и писать;
-Опыт работы с CPI\CPA\CPS офферами
-Опыт с Google Analytics, с таск-трекерами.
