Position: Performance Marketing Manager (Real Estate)
Format: Remote | International Team | Full-time

You’ll be the key Marketing Manager for the real estate vertical — from strategy to campaign execution and optimization. This is a business-driven role where you’re expected to create hypotheses, manage budgets, and deliver results — not just run traffic.

Responsibilities
• Develop growth hypotheses across the acquisition funnel
• Contribute to quarterly planning for the real estate vertical
• Analyze competitors and define local media strategies
• Launch and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube
• Monitor daily spend and key performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, LTV)
• Manage and allocate media budgets by country and region
• Brief and align with designers on creatives
• Localize campaigns with country marketing leads
• Work closely with analysts on reports and dashboards
• Coordinate with CRM, SEO, and product teams for full-funnel alignment
• Prepare weekly reports and retrospectives on experiments
• Maintain a structured experiment log

What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years hands-on experience in performance marketing (Google / Meta)
• Strategic marketing mindset, not just media buying
• Strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets
• Deep understanding of metrics: CTR, CAC, ROAS, LTV, etc.
• Ability to work with creatives: generate ideas, write hypotheses, run A/B tests
• Experience in CIS/Asian markets is a plus
• Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented
• Business-minded: think in terms of impact, not just clicks
• Confident communicator across cross-functional teams

FrontEnd software developer in a big distributing company based in Cyprus. Client’s online area development and many websites, landings.

Core tasks:
• Development of corporate websites;
• Writing clean, well-structured, cross-browser, testable, and scalable code;
• Compliance with deadlines for the implementation of the planned functionality for the project;

Must have:
• Experience in Frontend development - from 2 years;
• Experience with Vue 2, Vuetify;
• Experience with Nuxt 2;
• Knowledge of JavaScript (ES6), HTML, CSS;
• Ability to work with the Git;
• Basic knowledge of CI/CD (Gitlab CI);
• Knowledge of good coding practices.
• Knowledge of modern layout: adaptability, semantics, accessibility.

Nice to have:
• Knowledge of OOP and programming patterns and practice of their application;
• Experience with Vue 2 (Nuxt 2) Composition API plugins;

We open new shops of premium IT products, home appliances, audio and video systems in Limassol and

inviting Retail Sales Consultants.

Key Responsibilities:
• Providing customer service in accordance with company standards.
• Consulting clients (including technical aspects) on product selection, recommending the most suitable products, and cross-selling based on corporate standards.
• Advising clients on product-related issues such as warranties, repairs, deliveries, and company policies based on corporate standards.
• Handling incoming calls to the offline and online store, as well as communications in online chat and messengers.
• Informing customers about promotions and other activities.
• Recording sales, refunds, invoices, etc., in the accounting software Exact.
• Operating the cash register and maintaining cash discipline.
• Working with the CRM system (placing orders for missing items, issuing goods to clients upon pick-up, pre-ordering goods).
• Preparing goods for delivery and completing accompanying documents.

Required Qualifications:
• More than 2 years of relevant working experience in similar positions.
