🎯 Чем предстоит заниматься:
• Планирование и закупка трафика (веб + мобильный)
• Работа с Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, ASA, Yandex Ads, programmatic
• Оптимизация закупки под ключевые метрики: ROI, CAC, LTV, CPL
• Поиск и тестирование новых каналов
• A/B тесты, креативы, гипотезы
• Управление бюджетом (от $200K+ в месяц)
• Сегментирование аудиторий, дашборды и аналитика
• Работа с командами маркетинга, дизайна, аналитики

🔍 Ожидания от кандидата:
• 4+ лет опыта в performance-маркетинге, можно в агентстве
• Уверенный опыт в app + web продвижении
• Глубокое понимание метрик, атрибуции и аналитики
• Владение системами: AppsFlyer / Adjust / AppMetrica
• Опыт работы с крупными бюджетами и масштабированием
• Уровень английского — Upper-Intermediate+
• Опыт с рынками СНГ / Азии и запуском с нуля — плюс

Position: Performance Marketing Manager (Real Estate)
Format: Remote | International Team | Full-time

You’ll be the key Marketing Manager for the real estate vertical — from strategy to campaign execution and optimization. This is a business-driven role where you’re expected to create hypotheses, manage budgets, and deliver results — not just run traffic.

Responsibilities
• Develop growth hypotheses across the acquisition funnel
• Contribute to quarterly planning for the real estate vertical
• Analyze competitors and define local media strategies
• Launch and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube
• Monitor daily spend and key performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, LTV)
• Manage and allocate media budgets by country and region
• Brief and align with designers on creatives
• Localize campaigns with country marketing leads
• Work closely with analysts on reports and dashboards
• Coordinate with CRM, SEO, and product teams for full-funnel alignment
• Prepare weekly reports and retrospectives on experiments
• Maintain a structured experiment log

What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years hands-on experience in performance marketing (Google / Meta)
• Strategic marketing mindset, not just media buying
• Strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets
• Deep understanding of metrics: CTR, CAC, ROAS, LTV, etc.
• Ability to work with creatives: generate ideas, write hypotheses, run A/B tests
• Experience in CIS/Asian markets is a plus
• Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented
• Business-minded: think in terms of impact, not just clicks
• Confident communicator across cross-functional teams
