⭐️Key Responsibilities
▫️Maintain full-cycle bookkeeping for group companies;
▫️Prepare balance sheets, income statements, and financial reports in compliance with legal requirements and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS);
▫️Conduct tax forecasting and implement tax optimization strategies;
▫️Prepare, submit, and file tax returns for group companies, including corporate tax, SDC, WHT, VAT, VIES, and GESY;
▫️Calculate payroll of employees( SI, PAYE, GHS), prepare, submit and file relevant monthly and annual tax returns;
▫️Prepare and present monthly and annual management accounts and cash flow reports to the management team, including comparisons to approved budget figures;
▫️Liaise with external service providers and government bodies regarding the provision of financial data for group companies;
▫️Provide guidance to colleagues on the preparation of financial documentation (e.g., invoices and other documents);
▫️Manage cost planning and analysis for various projects.

☑️Mandatory: At least 4 years of experience in a large international company (experience in a Big 4 firm is highly advantageous);
☑️Higher education in accounting or finance;
☑️ACCA/ACA certification is desirable;
☑️Proficiency with accounting and office tools (e.g., Word, Excel, Google Docs);
☑️Fluency in English, including familiarity with professional financial terminology, knowledge of Greek would be an advantage;
☑️Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
☑️Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and meet deadlines;

🌟Handle full spectrum of financial and accounting role and responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping of the group companies
- Preparation of balance sheets, income and financial statements according to legal and IFRS (International) requirements

Position:Senior Accountant
🌟Handle full spectrum of financial and accounting role and responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping of the group companies
- Preparation of balance sheets, income and financial statements according to legal and IFRS (International) requirements
- Tax forecast and tax optimization
- Preparation, submission and filing of group company’s taxes (ie corporation tax, SDC, WHT, VAT, VIES, GESY)
- Preparation and presentation to the management of monthly and annual in-house management accounts and cash flow reports with comparison to the approved budget figures
- Liasing with external services providers and government bodies regarding provision of financial data on Group Companies
- Advising colleagues over preparation of financial documentation ( invoices and other)
- Plan/cost management and analysis of projects
🌟Requirements:
- Mandatory previous experience in a large international company for at least 4 years ( Big4 will be considered as advantage)
- Higher education (accounting/ finance)
- Desirable possession of ACCA/ACA certificates
- PC-experienced user (Word, Excel, Google docs)
- Proficiency in English and Russian languages - knowledge and experience in the usage of professional financial vocabulary
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Ability to correctly prioritize, multitask and deliver results in a short period of time
- Analytical mindset, responsibility, efficiency, attentiveness, stress resistance, desire to work and develop professionally
Working hours: from Monday to Friday from 9am till 6pm with 1 hour lunch break
