On behalf of our client, a game studio developing mobile apps, we are looking for an Art Director to lead a fast growing creative marketing team in Limassol, Cyprus. We are looking for a professional who can inspire and lead the team in creating unique graphics that can capture the attention of gamers around the world.

What you will do:

- Apply your artistic flair by creating eye-catching marketing materials including cinematics, illustrations, gameplay videos and logos.
- Immerse yourself in the world of gaming web pages, social media and various multimedia platforms to create compelling content.
- Work closely with product, marketing, and monetization teams to ensure visual style aligns with the brand and global marketing strategy.
- Keep up with digital trends and explore innovative tools to keep visual content fresh and engaging.

What we're looking for:

- You should have at least 2 years' experience working in an artistic marketing team, proving your qualifications in this field.
- If you have at least 1 year working as an art director or leading a team of artists, that would be a big plus!
- Demonstrate your creative skills to us with examples of high quality gameplay and story animation (be sure to include a link to a portfolio site or streaming video service).
- Clear understanding of 2D and 3D production pipelines is a must.
- Your ability to provide detailed feedback and effectively communicate instructions within the team and to external partners while meeting deadlines is highly valued.
- Knowledge of Photoshop is a must and experience with Maya is a bonus.
- Fluency in Russian and English

Hi everyone, we have a Marketing Designer position open! 👋

We are looking for a creative and inspirational professional for an engaging Marketing Designer position. If you are talented at creating striking and compelling designs, this position is for you!

Requirements:

- Excellent understanding of accents, shapes, volumes, contrasts and composition;
- Knowledge of Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator; understanding of UI/UX; game design experience;
- Ability to quickly adapt and switch between different styles;
- Interest in the gaming industry, understanding of product challenges in a marketing environment;
- Skills in working with existing graphics and technical preparation of files for animation.

Responsibilities:

- Designing static and video advertising creatives: backgrounds and locations with content, UI elements, banners;
- Designing posts in social networks;
- Organizing materials in cloud storage and preparing files according to guidelines for various marketing platforms.

Additional skills are considered a plus:

- Experience in a similar position;
- Basic understanding of game design and game logic;
- Knowledge of 3d programs Blender or Cinema 4d.

Full-time office in Cyprus, Limassol, knowledge of Russian is essential.
