We are seeking an experienced
Administrative Manager to oversee the efficient operation of our administrative processes, focusing on document management, archiving, and contract management.
Main duties & responsibilities: β’ Develop and implement efficient systems for the retrieval and storage of documents, ensuring easy access and organization.
β’ Oversee the maintenance and organization of company archives, ensuring compliance with document retention policies.
β’ Coordinate with various departments to ensure the timely processing and execution of contracts.
β’ Monitor and control completed payments from contractors to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
β’ Identify areas for process improvement and implement necessary changes to enhance overall efficiency.
β’ Work with other teams to leverage technology for streamlining administrative processes and improving workflow.
Requirements: β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
β’ Proven experience in administrative management, with a focus on document management and contract administration.
β’ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
β’ Proficiency in both Russian and English languages.
β’ Experience with document management software and contract management systems is preferred.
