In this role you will coordinate with new hires, Recruiters and Talent Acquisition leadership to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for our new hires, drive all communications with Streamline logistics associated with all aspects of onboarding.

**You`ll do:
**- Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the pre/on/off-boarding processes;
- Collaborate with candidates after the offer-acceptance process, manage and administer new hire orientation: schedule and conduct pre/on/off-boarding calls and meetings, set-up start dates, technical equipment needs and legal details;
- Set up the relocation preparation process between newhires and a company, provide newhires with all the necessary information;

**About you:
