We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to join our Family Office. The role will primarily involve providing assistance to the UBO, Head of FO and the office's operational team.

Key Responsibilities

* To support the family office operations by providing administrative support to the UBO, Head of FO and operational team
* Preparation of agendas, documentation and meeting notes as required, handling sensitive information with discretion and a high level of accuracy
* To carry out extensive diary management (maintain calendar) and coordination of meetings and calls, often over several time zones and ever-changing diaries
