Обязанности:**

Административное сопровождение деятельности family office.

Ведение корреспонденции.

• Вопросы сопровождения образа жизни.

Контроль расходов.
Выполнение личных поручений руководителя.

• Координация провайдеров услуг.
Взаимодействие с провайдерами услуг по планированию и организации поездок семьи (включая маршрут, трансфер, визы, проживание, рестораны и др.), организации и проведению мероприятий в любых локациях по всему миру.
Привлечение надежных исполнителей для разных задач и контроль их выполнения.

Требования:
• PQE 10+ в юридической сфере, желательно в семейных офисах или консалтинге.
• Высшее юридическое образование.

Lawyer for a Private Equity firm with strong experience in PE, M&A and VC

Responsibilities
• Structure deals across various jurisdictions and provide legal support for investment activities, including equity and debt financing, mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.

Key Responsibilities
 
Corporate Governance and Compliance:
* Manage the incorporation, administration, and ongoing legal compliance of entities in Cyprus and abroad
* Develop and maintain policies and procedures to mitigate legal and compliance risks
Tax Advisory:
* Work closely with tax advisors to develop and implement efficient tax strategies for the UBO and associated entities
* Monitor changes in tax regulations and advise on their potential impact on the UBO’s interests
Migration Support:
* Assist with migration planning, including residency and citizenship applications for the UBO if needed
* Ensure compliance with immigration laws and manage the documentation required for residency or related processes
Coordination with External Advisors:

• Identify potential Transfer Pricing risks and develop strategies for compliance and risk mitigation.
