We are seeking a proactive and business-oriented Merchant Support Specialist to join our growing Merchant Support team within Acquiring. Key Responsibilities:
Partner with Account Managers to troubleshoot and resolve merchant-related issues.
Liaise with technical, financial, and operational teams to meet merchant needs.
Monitor VIP merchant traffic and proactively escalate anomalies or risks.
Manage terminal registration workflows and onboarding activities.
Track integration timelines, follow up on merchant deliverables, and escalate delays.
Handle day-to-day merchant requests such as reporting, settlements, banking details, balance management, top-ups, limits, and account discrepancies.
Set up sandbox environments and manage user access (both internal and merchant-facing).
Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and contribute to scalable support initiatives.

Responsibilities
— Own the monthly pre-payroll cycle: collect and validate hires, transfers, terminations; base pay, allowances, variable pay; timesheets, overtime, and leave data
— Maintain accurate records in the HRIS; prepare the pre-payroll package for Finance; reconcile variances before cut-off
— Administer all leave types (annual, sick, parental/maternity/paternity); track accruals, balances, and documentation
— Prepare preliminary bonus and commission calculations in line with plans and individual agreements (including prorations)
— Manage drafting and maintenance of service agreements: documentation, renewals, terminations, and deadline tracking
— Review and approve employment and service contract terms for compliance with local labor laws (particularly in Singapore and Hong Kong)
— Work with an EoR/payroll platform (e.g., Remote): data uploads, payslip checks, ticket follow-ups, and issue resolution
— Partner closely with Finance on calendars, handovers, and statutory submissions

We are looking for a DBA Lead to build and scale a world-class data platform supporting Oracle, PostgreSQL (including pgvector), Amazon Aurora/RDS, MongoDB, and DocumentDB. You will lead a hands-on team responsible for reliability, security, performance, and cost efficiency—enabling developers to provision, operate, and evolve databases through self-service, GitOps, and automation

Requirements:
5–7+ years of experience in database engineering or administration, including at least 2+ years leading DBA teams.
Expert in PostgreSQL, including physical/logical replication, partitioning, performance tuning, connection pooling (PgBouncer / RDS Proxy), vacuum strategy, and pgvector for embeddings.
Expert in Oracle, including backup/restore, AWR/ASH diagnostics, Data Guard or managed equivalents, upgrade and patch strategies, and encryption.
Proven hands-on experience with AWS data services in production: Aurora (Postgres/MySQL), RDS (Postgres/Oracle), DocumentDB, and MongoDB.
Experience with vector databases and embeddings: storage design, ANN indexes, latency tuning, and maintenance strategies.
Proven HA/DR design and PITR implementation experience.
