Юридическое сопровождение финансовой деятельности компании
Анализ, составление и согласование договоров (IT, маркетинг, товарная группа)
Консультирование по налоговым вопросам
Участие в подготовке документов по реорганизации и ликвидации юридических лиц
Взаимодействие с банками, открытие счетов на компании ( EU и UK)
Мониторинг изменений законодательства в области финансов и права, оперативное внедрение в работу компании

✍🏼 Требования:
Высшее юридическое образование. Дополнительное экономическое или финансовое образование будет преимуществом
Опыт работы на должности юриста/юриста-финансиста от 3-х лет
Знания в области международного налогового, корпоративного и финансового права (в том числе, в области защиты данных)
Опыт сопровождения международных сделок
Знание основ бухгалтерского учета
Английский язык - В1 и выше (для работы с документами и коммуникации с международными партнерами)
Аналитический склад ума, внимательность к деталям
Ответственность и организованность
Умение работать в условиях многозадачности и сжатых сроков
Коммуникабельность и умение эффективно взаимодействовать с коллегами и партнерами
