Engineering Manager position**

Responsibilities:

Requirements:
● Have 5+ years of overall commercial experience in software development on modern technology stack;
● Have 3+ years of experience on engineering leadership roles;
● Understand functional and nonfunctional requirements for the software;
● Have an experience in microservice architecture development;
● Experience with Cloud platforms would be a plus;
● Practical experience with one of the modern frontend/backend libraries/frameworks;
● Understanding general development best practices and industry standards;
● Familiarity with Management philosophy;
● Experience with methodologies of agile software development;
● Experience with portfolio management processes would be a plus;
● Excellent communication and organization skills, focus on team results, willingness to constant personal and team improvements, and leadership qualities.

— proficiency in conducting A/B and A/A tests, along with a strong grasp of data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, Power BI, or equivalents. Ability to draw meaningful insights independently from data;
