Человек, который отвечает за работу торгового ядра, маржинальной модели и риск-контроля на бирже.
ПРОЕКТ:
DEX-гибрид с Perpetuals
Стадия проекта - формирование технического решения.
Есть возможность настроить все под себя.
Идеальный кандидат
-Работал в трейдинговом деске / бирже / деривативной платформе.
-Понимает механику Binance/Bybit/Bitget/Hyperliquid.
-Может объяснить маржинальную модель “на салфетке”.
-Знает, как спасать биржу при margin gap.
-Понимает, как сделать перпы безопасными при низкой ликвидности.
Про роль
Нужен специалист, который понимает, как работает биржа “изнутри”
как
-считаются маржа и ликвидации
-ведут себя перпетуалы,
-устроены ADL ликвидации
-поддерживается ликвидность
-подключаются провайдеры
-балансируются риски и позиции пользователей
Основная задача - быть “мозгами” торговой части биржи:
чтобы платформа была стабильной, ликвидной и не падала из-за ошибок в риск-модели.
Ключевые компетенции
Маржа / Плечо / Ликвидации
-Понимать маржинальные модели: isolated, cross.
-Уметь настраивать значения Initial Margin / Maintenance Margin.
-Понимать, как работает механизм ликвидации на перпетуалах.
-Уметь моделировать liquidation price, impact, funding.
-Видеть ситуации, где биржа может получить “дырку”.
Результат: безопасная система плечей без внезапных ликвидаций и банкротств пула.
ADL / Риск-движок
-Знать механизмы Auto-Deleveraging и как его настроить
-Понимать что такое risk buffers, mark price, oracle price.
-Уметь предотвращать edge-case ситуации: резкие гэпы, манипуляции, тонкий стакан.
Результат: биржа не ловит “margin gap”, ADL минимален, нет катастрофических убытков.
Провайдеры ликвидности / Маркет-мейкинг
-Понимать, как работает стакан: depth, spread, bids/asks, премии.
-Уметь писать требования к MM-ботам (grid, spread, auto-hedge).
-Контролировать, чтобы токены не “сыпались”, и ликвидность не пропадала.
-Понимать модели “shared liquidity”, “mirrored books”, “L3 engines”.
Результат: стакан всегда плотный, можно торговать даже микросуммы.
Производность инструментов (перпетуалы)
-Понимать, что такое perpetual swaps.
-Отличие index price / oracle price / last traded price.
-Как формируется mark price
-Funding rate: управление фандингом.
-Уметь видеть манипуляции ценой/объёмом.
Результат: стабильные перпы без манипуляций, без фейковых свечей, с нормальным funding.
Кастоди / Балансы / Коллатераль
-Понимать, как строятся пользовательские балансы на гибридных DEX/CEX.
-Как хранится залог (коллатераль).
-Как блокировать маржу под позицию.
-Как вести учёт PnL / unrealized / realized.
Результат: корректная бухгалтерия балансов — деньги не исчезают, не удваиваются, не “валятся”.
Риск-анализ
-Понимать основные сценарии катастроф:
margin gap, liquidation cascade, oracle failure, low-liquidity crash.
-Уметь заранее видеть точки провала.
-Понимать как строить риск-модели для фьючерсов, перпов.
-Работа с лимитами
Результат: биржа защищена от предсказуемых провалов, неожиданных потерь и эксплойтов.
Умение работать руками:
-Следить за состоянием маржинальной системы и ликвидациями.
-Настраивать параметры risk-engine.
-Следить за funding, mark price, ADL.
-Отслеживать провайдеров ликвидности и состояние стакана.
-Настраивать лимиты по инструментам.
-Проверяеть корректность расчётов движка.
-Проверять глубину ликвидности и поведение MM.
