Responsibilities
• Setup and configuration of the payment system (operation);
• Customer service - communication, ticket processing within the SLA, reporting problems, accidents, maintenance;
• Monitoring and incident response;
• Communication with partners;
• Connecting new partners, both merchant clients and payment solution providers;
• Communication with a cross-functional team;
• Assistance in reconciliations and analysis of data discrepancies.
Requirements
• Work experience - 3 years +;
• Experience in e-commerce (payment services, merchants, etc.);
• Knowledge of the structure of electronic payments;
• Experience with APIs and HTML;
• Log reading experience;
• Experience in creating technical documentation (manuals)
• Experience with CRM systems, monitoring systems;
• Experience with Atlassian products, task tracking systems, help desks, and knowledge bases;
• English level not lower than Intermediate (B2);
