Vacancy : Business System Analyst

Are you ready to work on pioneering solutions for a top global FOREX company with offices in Australia, Singapore, Malaysia and Taiwan?

About the Role:

Develop an innovative anti-fraud platform from scratch for a 3rd biggest Forex company (in house)
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Analyze business processes for optimization.
Work closely with development teams to ensure solutions meet requirements.

What We’re Looking For:

4+ years as a business systems analyst.
Strong understanding of business processes.
Proficient in requirements gathering and process modeling.
Experience with BPM tools (Visio, Lucidchart) and API descriptions.
Spoken Russian is a must.
English C1-B2

Основные обязанности:
— Определение видения и стратегии продукта в сотрудничестве с командой и заинтересованными сторонами.
— Разработка дорожной карты продукта и управление жизненным циклом продукта от идеи до запуска.
— Сбор и анализ требований пользователей, а также рыночных тенденций для определения новых возможностей развития продукта.
— Сотрудничество с командами разработчиков для обеспечения своевременной и качественной реализации продукта.
— Управление проектами и приоритетами в условиях множества задач и сжатых сроков.
— Проведение маркетинговых исследований, разработка стратегий продвижения продукта и мониторинг его показателей на рынке.

Требования к кандидату:
— Опыт работы в роли Product Manager не менее 3 лет, предпочтительно в области блокчейна или финтеха.
— Глубокое понимание технологии блокчейн, децентрализованных систем и криптовалют.
— Способность анализировать рынок, определять потребности пользователей и превращать их в конкретные требования к продукту.
— Отличные организационные и коммуникативные навыки.
— Высокая степень самоорганизации и способность работать в быстро меняющейся среде.
