ВАКАНСИЯ: ЗАДАЧИ И ОПИСАНИЕ
Мы в поиске профессионала, потенциального партнера, вместе с которым мы сможем решить следующие задачи:
- создать оптимальную, масштабируемую систему персонала в быстрорастущей компании (в том числе в международной); разработку и внедрение должностных регламентов,
- разработать и внедрить систему мотивации персонала (compensation & benefits),
- организовать эффективную систему рекрутинга по всем категориям должностей, а также современную систему адаптации линейного персонала,
- привлечь в команду ряд ключевиков, в том числе для реализации зарубежных проектов. Быть в состоянии сопровождать ключевиков на этапе «входа в компанию»,
- запустить проект Корпоративного университета: систему современных горизонтальных и вертикальных коммуникаций в компании, связанных с адаптацией, обучением, наставничеством (learning and development),
- отладить эффективную систему КДП и начисления зп ;автоматизировать расчеты совместно с финансовым директором компании,
- реализовать план мероприятий по формированию успешного PR- образа компании как экологичного работодателя,
- настроить эффективную систему сопровождения франчайзи (в том числе в международных проектах) в области HR.

В Вашем подчинении: рекрутер, специалист по КДП, специалист по расчету заработной платы.
Непосредственное подчинение управляющему партеру/CEO компании.
Ненормируемый рабочий день 24/6.
