Мы готовимся к своему глобальному релизу и находимся в поисках специалиста, который поможет построить комьюнити вокруг нашего бренда. Мы ожидаем, что вы сможете выстроить работу с инфлюенсерами/блогерами, запустите со временем афиллятную программу и создадите классные каналы вовлеченных юзеров. Предполагается соотношение органики к платному трафику 70/30

Чем по фактам придётся заниматься:
🔹Разработка и запуск органической стратегии выхода на рынок США: определение целевых сегментов
🔹Развитие комьюнити как главного драйвера роста: Discord/Telegram/IG/TikTok, челленджи, дропы, стилистические комнаты
🔹PR и партнерства: публикации в медиа, коллаборации с fashion/AI/ecom комьюнити, онлайн-ивенты, live-шоппинг
🔹Рост соцсетей (IG, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn) с фокусом на установки приложения, а не просто охваты
🔹Аналитика: MAU, активация, стоимость активированного пользователя, эффективность каналов
🔹Использование платного продвижения только для усиления того, что уже работает (ретаргетинг, буст лучших креаторов, масштабирование успешного контента)

Что мы ищем:
🔹Успешный опыт роста consumer/mobile/ecom продукта с акцентом на органику
🔹Понимание, где обитает Gen Z/Millennial fashion-аудитория в США и как с ней говорить
🔹Опыт построения сообществ, программ амбассадоров или креаторов
🔹Уверенная работа с аналитикой (GA, Mixpanel, Amplitude)
🔹4+ лет в growth/product/community-led маркетинге для B2C приложений

Dave - инновационное решение на стыке e-commerce и AI. Наш продукт меняет подход к онлайн-шопингу, избавляя пользователей от часов просмотра бесконечной ленты. Сейчас мы в поисках Fullstack маркетолога, с фокусом на User aquisition, который поможет выстроить грамотную стратегию продвижения на странах tier-1.

Чем придётся заниматься:
🔹Разработка и реализация стратегий привлечения и удержания пользователей
🔹Формирование стратегии продвижения веб-платформы и мобильного приложения
🔹Управление метриками и их оптимизация
🔹Руководство командой (2 фрилансера, в перспективе — формирование инхаус команды)
🔹Ключевые метрики, с которыми предстоит работать: CPI, CAC, ROI, Retention, ARPU, LTV, Paying Conversion

Что мы ожидаем:
🔹 Опыт в UA и продвижении мобильных приложений от 3 лет
🔹Опыт работы на рынках США/Канады/Европы
🔹Глубокое понимание маркетинговых метрик

🔹Навыки управления командой (опционально)
