⚡️Responsibilities:

- Work with fund senior management to produce a position report and NAV regularly and track the companies budget, vesting schedule and distribution of portcos
- Manually keep track of transactions that are unsupported by software solutions
- Transform exchange trade history CSVs into a format that software will accept
- Coordinate with outside accounting and auditing firms as needed.
- Advise and assist company software engineers with maintenance, improvement of internal position management, valuation of investments, and account software.
- Manage and reconcile company crypto exchange accounts, bank accounts, investment positions and process transactions
- Monitor accounts receivables and payables, and monitor expenses.
- Oversee payroll process
- Oversee the preparation of company tax returns

⚡️Requirements:

- Obligatory experience with Crypto Wallets, Crypto Transactions
- Quickbooks software knowledge is very important
- Possesses excellent judgement with handling confidential information
- Trustworthy with an ability to solve difficult problems.
- Strong work ethic with organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Highly proficient in Excel
- Prefered experience equity raise

Чем предстоит заниматься:
**- Находить точки роста продукта и инсайты в данных для обеспечения стабильного роста ключевых показателей;
- Проводить анализ поведения пользователей;
- Проектировать, сопровождать и оптимизировать систему аналитики для различных типов продуктов (web&app на базе Google Analytics: контроль работоспособности счетчиков, разметка событий);
- Вместе с командой дата-аналитики строить сквозную аналитику;
- Заниматься ad-hoc запросами и автоматизацией отчетности, создавать и поддерживать обновляемые дашборды для внутренних заказчиков.

**От тебя:
**- Владение инструментами Google Analytics (Universal и GA4), Firebase, BigQuery;
- Владение SQL, умение писать сложные запросы;
- Опыт применения статистических методов проверки гипотез, построения оценок и прогнозов;
- Опыт cоздания отчетов в Tableau или Looker;
- Знание основных продуктовых метрик;
- Понимание принципов создания сквозной аналитики;
- Хорошие навыки визуализации данных, создания презентаций и дашбордов.

**Плюсом будет:
**- Опыт самостоятельного проведения экспериментов: формирования гипотезы, выбора методологии, исследования, презентации результатов;
- Владение Tableau, знание других систем визуализации;
- Владение Python для анализа данных (Pandas, NumPy и тд.);
- Опыт миграции на GA4;
- Знакомство с Я.Метрикой;
- Желание развиваться в области аналитики данных.
