Marketing Manager to build and drive our local marketing efforts — helping us grow our brand, increase enrollment, and energize our community both online and offline.
🔻What you’ll do:- Lead day-to-day marketing operations under the guidance of our Marketing Director
- Manage the SMM manager and student volunteer content team to ensure authentic, engaging content across platforms.
- Collaborate with Admissions, Parents Communication, the Head of School, and CEO.
- Oversee email marketing campaigns, PR communications, and local events.
- Manage creative coordination with contractors (PPC, design, content).
- Build meaningful engagement with parents, local partners, and the broader Cyprus community.
🧩You’re a great fit if you:- Have 3+ years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years in the education sector (schools, learning centers, universities, or EdTech).
- Have at least 1 year of team management experience — even a small team.
- Have lived in Cyprus for at least 1 year and are well connected in the local communities.
- Fluency in English. Fluency in Russian as a plus .
- Are a confident AI user — you can generate visuals (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E), create and refine texts quickly, and adapt landing pages (e.g., on Tilda).
- Have excellent skills in Excel / Google Sheets — formulas, dashboards, filters, data structures.
- Bring high energy and strong work ethic — especially in high-load periods like events or enrollment campaigns.
- Have outstanding communication skills and the ability to focus deeply on numbers, texts, and detail-oriented work.
- Are passionate about education and ready to grow with a meaningful, fast-evolving project.
