Corporate Admin Lawyer

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Corporate Admin Lawyer to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide support in contract drafting and management. The ideal candidate will have a strong legal background, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various contracts, including but not limited to vendor agreements, client contracts, and employment agreements.
- Maintain an organized contract management system, including document storage, tracking, and renewal notifications.
- Monitor contract performance and compliance, proactively identifying and addressing any issues that may arise.
- Stay up to date with changes in relevant laws and regulations, ensuring contracts remain compliant.
- Knowledge on drafting a variety of specific agreements, including but not limited to service agreements, consultation agreements, sales and purchase agreements for properties, reservation agreements for properties, rental agreements for properties.

Advantage, if you can:
- Assist with opening bank accounts and other payment solutions, providing KYC documentation.
- draft Real Estate contracts. Agreement  


Qualifications:

- Fluent spoken and written English - must.
- Proven experience working in a legal corporate environment, specifically in contract drafting and management – must.
- Strong knowledge of Cyprus law, with the ability to interpret and apply legal principles – must.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- 2+ years of work experience with contacts preparation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficient in legal research and ability to analyze complex legal documents.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
