- Have at least 1 year of team management experience — even a small team.
- Have lived in Cyprus for at least 1 year and are well connected in the local communities.
- Fluency in English. Fluency in Russian as a plus .
- Are a confident AI user — you can generate visuals (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E), create and refine texts quickly, and adapt landing pages (e.g., on Tilda).
- Have excellent skills in Excel / Google Sheets — formulas, dashboards, filters, data structures.
- Bring high energy and strong work ethic — especially in high-load periods like events or enrollment campaigns.
- Have outstanding communication skills and the ability to focus deeply on numbers, texts, and detail-oriented work.
- Are passionate about education and ready to grow with a meaningful, fast-evolving project.
