Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Web Hosting Administrator to manage and optimize our hosting environment. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that our users’ websites run smoothly, securely, and reliably. The ideal candidate has strong Linux admin skills, hosting support experience, and a customer-first mindset.

What You Bring
• 3+ years of experience in web hosting administration
• Deep understanding of Linux system administration
• Strong WordPress knowledge, including common plugins and performance tuning

• Ensure uptime, performance, and security of customer websites
• Respond to hosting-related issues and work closely with support team to resolve them
• Set up and manage DNS zones, email accounts, and SSL certificates
• Perform regular system updates, backups, and patches
• Automate repetitive admin tasks using scripting tools
• Monitor server metrics and take proactive measures to address anomalies
• Assist with onboarding and migrations for new user

Position: Sales Coordinator
Location: Limassol, Cyprus
Employment: Full-time, on-site
Visa: Spouse Employment (preferable)

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive initiatives to expand the market presence and increase sales.
• Maintain effective communication with vendors (Private labels) to ensure smooth operations & Business Development managers.
• Manage the ordering process to ensure timely procurement of products.
• Monitor and optimize logistics to ensure efficient delivery and inventory
management.
• Provide regular updates and reports to vendors regarding sales performance and inventory status.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote products and enhance brand visibility.
• Implement strategies to minimize old stock and improve inventory turnover.
• Plan and run promotional campaigns to boost sales and attract new customers.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in sales management, preferably within the technology or consumer electronics sector.
• Fluency in both English and Russian to effectively communicate with vendors and stakeholders.
• Proficient in Excel
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to manage vendor relationships and coordinate marketing efforts.
• Ability to analyze sales data, inventory levels, and market trends to make informed decisions.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle order placement, logistics oversight, and promotional campaigns.
• Understanding of marketing strategies and techniques to drive business growth and enhance brand visibility.
• Ability to develop strategies for reducing old stock and improving inventory turnover.
• Familiarity with sales and inventory management software.
