Responsibilities:

**● The onboarding process for new products, to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
● Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal documentation related to payment methods and partnerships.
● Facilitate the integration of new payment methods and work with new geo, ensuring seamless connectivity and compliance with regulations.
● Establish and maintain relationships with banks and payment service providers (PSPs), navigating the intricacies of the onboarding process effectively.
● Provide legal support and guidance in obtaining licenses for crypto-payment entities, corporate structuring, and compliance matters related to payments.
● Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address legal issues and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:

● Proven experience working in the financial sector, particularly in payment systems or companies requiring diverse payment methods (e.g., gambling, forex, etc.).
● In-depth understanding of banking and payment system operations, with hands-on experience in onboarding processes.
● Proficiency in navigating legal frameworks related to cryptocurrencies, payment licenses, and corporate structuring.
