О Компании: Занимаемся собственной разработкой и поддержкой системы управления контентом крупных компаний, в том числе с мировой известностью, основная часть которых представляет собой B2B решения развлекательной, игровой и спортивной тематики.
🔵Чем предстоит заниматься:
- Руководить кросс - функциональной командой разработки
- Поддерживать, дорабатывать и разрабатывать новый функционал, бизнес логику
- Оптимизировать решения для минимизации зависимостей между командами
- Интегрироваться со сторонними сервисами, командами
- Планировать и координировать работу команды
- Мотивировать, поощрять и помогать команде в достижении задач
- Взаимодействовать с руководством компании на техническом и организационном уровнях (СТО, СОО и т.п.)
