📱 Опыт: 7-10 лет

Стэк: React Native, TypeScript

📱 Hard skills:
* опыт работы с REST API и WebSockets - обязательно
* опыт работы с GIT и CI/CD - обязательно
* опыт работы в продуктовых стартапах - обязательно
* опыт создания мобильного приложения с нуля – обязательно (2-3 mobile apps с нуля)
* опыт проектирования архитектуры мобильного приложения (вы отлично знаете, что нужно делать и как организовать работу, вы знаете какие могут быть риски и готовы находить решения, вы берете ответственность за принятие решений и т.д.) - обязательно
* отличные навыки управления проектом и командой - обязательно

📱 Soft skills:
* способны собрать команду и сплотить
* находите подход к любому члену команды
* навык коммуникаций у вас на высоком уровне

We are looking a passionate User Acquisition Manager!

⚡️ Responsibilities:
• Participate in the development and implementation of a full-funnel performance marketing strategy (web + app);
• Create and optimize Facebook Ads and TikTok campaigns for positive ROAS;
• Test and scale new paid channels like Pinterest, Quora Ads, Reddit Ads, Twitter and other traffic sources;
• Experiment continuously with different landing pages, creatives, and strategies;
• Explore analytical tools for better marketing campaigns measurement;
• New creative conceptions development, setting tasks for the production team (in-house and outsourced), testing, and conclusion conduction;
• UGC-creatives development;
• Work closely with our Product team to help identify, prioritize, and deliver on growth initiatives.

⚡️ What drives success for this role:
• Strong proven track record for managing hundreds of thousands in ad spend;
• Manage, optimize and report on marketing budgets and ROI providing business cases, implementation, and learnings;
• Experience within Tier 1 markets, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;
• Excellent communicator & comfortable in a remote environment;
• Resourceful, creative, and self-motivated;
• SKAD-Network rules understanding;
• English – B2;
• B2C Health & Fitness apps experience;
• Capable of delivering maximal impact in a short amount of time;
• Ability to think differently and see the big picture;
• Resourceful, creative, and self-motivated.
