🚀 Задачи:

- Запись на курсы английского;

Чем предстоит заниматься:
🔹Поиск улучшений в мониторинге и стабильности приложений и сервисов;
🔹Внедрение и управление инструментами мониторинга, анализ логов и показателей работоспособности;
🔹Проактивный мониторинг приложений и инфраструктуры;
🔹Участие в процессе разработки решений для уменьшения повторяющихся проблем и раннего их обнаружения, повышения надёжности работы сервисов;
🔹Поиск и устранение неисправностей, анализ, исследование и устранение проблем, используя навыки работы с API и в целом программировании. Root-cause анализ;
🔹Документирование проблем и сбоев, флоу работы сервисов, методов мониторинга и схем/порядка разрешения проблем;
🔹Коммуникация с клиентами об общем состоянии и работоспособности приложений и сервисов.

📎Если ты имеешь:
✅От 3-х лет опыта работы Production Support Engineer или аналогичный опыт;
✅Знания Python Core;
✅Опыт написания простых скриптов на Bash;
✅Базовые знания веб-разработки (SQL, REST API, JSON);
✅Умение доносить свою позицию всем членам команды.

📍Дополнительным плюсом будет:

**Brief job description:

**-Client Engagement: Initiate contact with leads assigned on a day-to-day basis.
