-Product Pitching: Present Firebird Tours' products and services to clients and establish expectations.
-Data Gathering: Collect initial information regarding clients' travel preferences, such as hotel preferences (stars), level of service, and group/private tour preferences.
-Communication: Maintain effective communication with Destination Specialists.
Inbound Messages: Monitor and reply to all inbound messages in Reamaze Travel Expert.
-Email Management: Check and respond to all notifications in your Gmail inbox.
