• Demonstrated knowledge in the use of SOA in reducing development complexity
• Proven ability to practically apply architecture standards and patterns to accelerate and enable the delivery of technology solutions to business needs

Understanding of numbers and financial reports, both live and past reports. In addition - A brand manager will need to know and identify lower quality sources and to stop them if their traffic does not match their deals.
Technical orientation is a must, including work on excel and on our own CRM to follow all live stats.
Generally - this role is built on multiple tasks - consisting self management, analysis and actively talking to the brands to make sure the performance stays at a high level.

💻 В связи с ростом задач и укреплением команды, которая работает над внутренним продуктом, мы ищем бизнес-аналитика (уровень middle/senior). ВАЖНО: опыт работы или отличные знания в одном из направлений: игровая сфера, спорт и киберспорт. Основные задачи:
— Определение потребностей продукта и составление функциональных требований;
— Сбор, обработка и анализ требований на всех этапах жизненного цикла разработки;
— Создание и актуализация проектной документации;
— Исследование аналогичных решений и предложение своих решений по улучшению функциональности;
— Написание пользовательских инструкций;
— Взаимодействие с командой: pm, developers, QA.
🛠 Наш идеальный кандидат:
— имеет опыт работы в IT бизнес-аналитиком не менее 2 лет, имеет технический background;
— обладает практическим опытом написания бизнес- и функциональных требований;
— может показать хорошие коммуникативные навыки, умение работать с кросс-функциональной распределенной командой;
— Самостоятелен, проактивен и открыт в общении.
Будет плюсом:
— Опыт работы youtrack, опыт работы с нотациями (UML, BPMN и т.д.);
— Опыт работы с Confluence;
— Знание в области киберспорта, знание игровых механик, разбираться в ставках на спорт
