**Skilled professionals focus on architectural and infrastructural challenges that affect other teams and the whole system.

The team assess and introduce new technologies and approaches, suggest new development processes, and continuously refactor the product’s system core.
The team also digs deeply into problems that can’t be easily assigned to any other team.

Some work activities to mention: Introduce monitoring, alerting & central logging. Optimize build & deploy pipelines, extract few microservices from monolith & deploy them to k8s. Convert .NET Framework codebase to .NET 6. Introduce DI approach in legacy code parts. Rework DB schema versioning approach to git-first one. Automate environment deployment. Introduce active – hot-standby multi-datacenter deployment. Migrate to AWS.
