⚡Responsibilities
Office maintenance - keep office tidy and comfortable;
Delivery and courier service management: catering, stationary, kitchen supplies, daily incoming/outgoing correspondence;
Work and communication with contractors to solve various office issues;
Junior Recruitment tasks such as placement of vacancies, gathering of CVs, initial review etc.
Assistance in planning and organising of corporate events

⚡Requirements
Candidate must be located in Cyprus – it is a full time office job, not a hybrid position
Previous experience as a front desk / office manager / secretary or personal assistant;

Fluent English is a must, Greek is a plus, any other language - advantageous;

На основе требований, формировать и документально фиксировать в Confluence архитектурные решения и их обоснование, согласовывая решения с CTO.
На основе требований, проектировать БД нового сервиса для конечных пользователей, используя специальный сервис QuickDBD.
На основе требований, проектировать API нового сервиса для конечных пользователей, используя специальный сервис Stoplight, воплощая подход API Design-First.

📍Требуемые навыки:

**Full support and advisory to BoD to regulatory requirements for a startup project in financial industry
Coordination of operational activities to maintain compliance
Preparation of policies, procedures, annual reports

Assisting in obtaining licenses where and if required
