🔎We're looking for an experienced specialist with hands-on experience in banking and compliance to support operational financial infrastructure across international entities. This role is focused on practical execution — opening and managing accounts, coordinating with banks and payment providers, and ensuring compliance processes run smoothly.

❗️Please note - the role is based in Limassol, Cyprus. Only candidates who are already based in Cyprus will be considered.

📍Responsibilities:
Banking & Account Management
• Open and maintain accounts with banks, EMIs, and PSPs for Cypriot and international entities
• Prepare and submit full KYC and onboarding documentation
• Liaise with banks, RMs, and compliance officers
• Handle Source of Funds / Source of Wealth documentation
• Manage updates related to UBOs, directors, and corporate structure
Ongoing Banking & Compliance Support
• Oversee annual and ad-hoc account reviews
• Update KYC, UBO, and business activity information
• Respond to compliance requests from banks and PSPs
• Track deadlines, status updates, and required documentation
KYC / DD Coordination
• Execute KYC, DD, and EDD processes (initial and ongoing)
• Draft business activity and corporate structure descriptions
• Support AML requests in collaboration with legal and finance teams
Advisory & Business Interaction
• Analyze and present business models in banking-compliant language
• Advise on jurisdictional risks and banking strategies
• Collaborate with legal and accounting teams to support business operations

Requirements:
• 3–5 years of experience working with banks, EMIs, or PSPs
• Proven track record of opening and maintaining accounts
• Strong working knowledge of AML, KYC, and DD procedures
• Excellent communication skills in English and Russian
• Ability to clearly articulate business models and complex structures

Would be a plus:
• Existing network with banking/EMI contacts in Europe or Asia
• Background in a bank, EMI, or corporate services firm
• Greek language proficiency
• Experience with international company structures (EU / UK / US / Asia)
• Understanding of fintech, IT, or digital business models
