๐ Weโre looking for an experienced Senior/Lead CRM Manager to take full ownership of lifecycle marketing strategy and execution in a fast-paced startup environment.
In this role, youโll manage campaigns for an entertainment AI-focused product across email, push, and in-app channels, optimize performance through data, and lead cross-functional coordination to drive retention, engagement, and revenue growth.
๐ Role is fully remote or on-site (Limassol, Cyprus - relocation is possible).
๐Responsibilities:
Campaign Management
- Own and execute end-to-end lifecycle CRM campaigns (email, in-app, push) from ideation and journey mapping to launch, optimization, and reporting
- Monitor lifecycle performance to increase engagement, improve retention, reduce churn, and support revenue goals
- Analyze campaign-level performance and translate insights into optimization actions
- Develop lifecycle strategies to boost LTV across all key user journey touchpoints, leveraging targeting, personalization, automation, and timely campaign priorities
- Lead experimentation and A/B testing: form hypotheses, run tests, analyze uplift, and share insights
- Ensure CRM operational excellence through QA, troubleshooting, and reliability across all tools and channels
- Improve engagement and conversion metrics (OR, CTR, conversion, revenue) while maintaining campaign performance at scale
- Manage email deliverability best practices (domain health, list hygiene, authentication, etc.)
- Collaborate with writers, designers, product, and other teams to produce high-quality and brand-aligned CRM assets
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail across copy, logic, tech setup, and user experience
Leadership & Process Management
- Own the CRM roadmap and lead strategic planning and prioritization
- Manage and mentor CRM specialists and contractors (copywriters, designers, deliverability experts)
- Establish and refine internal processes: campaign briefs, QA, reports, playbooks, and weekly ops
- Align CRM strategy with performance marketing and product flows (acquisition, paywalls, monetization, triggers)
- Take full responsibility for CRM KPIs, proactively identifying issues and driving resolutions
๐Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience running and optimizing B2C lifecycle CRM campaigns with proven results (within iGaming / adult / dating / entertainment industries)
- Strong expertise with CRM automation platforms (currently using Omnisend, but flexibility is welcome)
- Deep knowledge of optimization, deliverability, and best practices across CRM channels
- Strong analytical skills and ability to derive actionable insights from performance data
- Hands-on, detail-oriented execution mindset with a focus on user experience
- Excellent project management skills and ability to juggle multiple initiatives
- Structured, data-driven approach with clear communication of results and insights
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, A/B testing, data structures, and reporting
- Copywriting and editing experience with a sharp eye for clarity
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS for email formatting
- Creative, strategic thinker with a proactive problem-solving mindset
- Professional proficiency in English (at least B2 level)
