We’re looking for a 𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬-𝐨𝐧 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐫 who knows how to 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐀𝐈 𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬, 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐦 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐞𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐝𝐨𝐧’𝐭 𝐛𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐤 𝐢𝐧 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧.

This role is about building real AI “robots” that talk to users, make decisions, handle edge cases, and escalate safely in a high-stakes, regulated iGaming environment.

🧠 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐝𝐨:

* Build autonomous AI agents using LLMs (not demos — production)
* Design agent behavior: prompts, flows, memory, fallbacks & guardrails
* Connect agents to real systems, data & APIs
* Watch how agents behave with real users and fix mistakes fast
* Decide when the agent can act and when it must stop or escalate

☝️ 𝐖𝐡𝐨 𝐰𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫:

* Experience building AI / LLM-based agents or automations
* Strong understanding of prompt engineering & decision flows
* Builder mindset: you care about reliability, edge cases & safety
* Comfortable working without perfect specs, learning by doing
* Bonus: experience in iGaming, fintech, or regulated systems

We are looking for a 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐝 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 to join a family office in central London. This is a hands-on role for someone who can manage accounting independently, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and maintain a high level of confidentiality.

💼 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐝𝐨:

* Manage full accounting cycle for private family office clients
* Prepare financial statements, budgets, and reports
* Handle tax filings, compliance, and audits
* Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality

☝️𝐖𝐡𝐨 𝐰𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫:

* Minimum 𝟓 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 in a family office or similar high-net-worth environment
* Highly trustworthy, able to work independently in the office
* Good communicator, proactive, detail-oriented
