A growing SaaS company is looking for a hands-on Developer Team Lead to lead a small engineering team and take full ownership of architecture and delivery.
๐ช Responsibilities:
โ๏ธ Lead and mentor the development team
โ๏ธ Own system architecture and engineering standards
โ๏ธ Hands-on backend development with PHP / Symfony and Nest.js
โ๏ธ Frontend oversight with Next.js & TypeScript
โ๏ธ Design scalable RESTful APIs
โ๏ธ Collaborate closely with Product and leadership
โ๏ธ Ensure stable delivery, CI/CD, and Docker-based environments
๐ช Requirements:
โ๏ธ 5+ years of development experience
โ๏ธ 1+ year in a Team Lead role
โ๏ธ Strong PHP/Symfony background
โ๏ธ Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, and Nest.js
โ๏ธ Relational databases & ORMs
โ๏ธ ๐ ๐ฅ๐ฎ๐๐ง๐ญ ๐๐ง๐ ๐ฅ๐ข๐ฌ๐ก
โ๏ธ Bonus: VOIP experience (Asterisk / Kamailio / SIP)
