🎯 Position: Risk Product Manager
📍 Location: Office, Limassol, Cyprus (Full-time)

We are looking for an experienced 𝐑𝐢𝐬𝐤 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 to strengthen our Risk & Fraud operations within a growing 𝐢𝐆𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐲. You will act as the main link between the Risk team and Product/Tech, designing tools and features to prevent fraud, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, and payment misuse. This is an 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞-𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐞 in Cyprus.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

* Partner with Risk & Fraud teams to understand workflows and pain points
* Design and enhance tools for fraud detection and risk management
* Support rule-based and machine learning models for risk prevention
* Prioritize initiatives based on operational efficiency and risk impact
* Own the roadmap for Risk features, automation, and reporting
* Write PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

* 3+ years as Product Manager or Business Analyst in 𝐢𝐆𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠
* Strong understanding of fraud types: bonus abuse, multi-accounting, payment fraud, collusion
* Experience with Risk/Fraud tools, dashboards, or rule engines
* Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills
* Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects from discovery to delivery

We are looking for a skilled Developer Team Lead to manage and mentor a talented development team while staying hands-on with a modern full-stack stack: PHP/Symfony, JavaScript/TypeScript, Next.js, and Nest.js.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and support developers, enforce coding standards, and drive architecture decisions
• Develop and maintain frontend (Next.js/TypeScript) and backend (Nest.js, PHP/Symfony)
• Ensure scalable, high-quality software and timely feature delivery

Requirements:
• 5+ years in development, 1+ year in leadership
