🚀 About the Role
You’ll be the bridge between technology and business — ensuring smooth client communication, stable platform operation, and continuous service improvement.

🔧 What You’ll Do:
• Handle client inquiries via Telegram & email
• Track and resolve incidents, escalate when needed
• Troubleshoot and analyze logs
• Interact with banks, PSPs, and third-party services
• Manage system users and transactions
• Create reports and optimize internal processes
• Build trustful client relationships — full ownership, no “ping-pong”
• Collaborate with Product & Account Management teams

✅ We’re Looking For:
• 3+ years in technical support or similar roles
• Experience in fintech or payments — a must
• Technical/engineering background
• Confident with Windows, HTML basics, Linux, Git
• Fluent Russian, good English (B1+)
• Based in the EU
• Responsible, structured, emotionally resilient
