π KAM (Key Account Manager)

A fintech company building seamless fiat-to-crypto payment solutions and digital infrastructure that connect traditional finance with Web3.
π Key Responsibilities:
-Full management and support of the company's existing partners
-Support clients at all stages of onboarding and post-onboarding
-Retain clients and increase revenue, influencing profitability
-Present and sell new solutions & payment channels to existing partners
-Understand client needs, ensuring timely upselling of products & services
-Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships
-Handle document management
π― Requirements:
-Experience in payment service projects is required
-At least 3 years as a Client Manager
-Proven experience working with merchants in Europe market
-Excellent understanding of the Fintech / PSP solutions market
-Ability to create and develop partnerships
-Strong negotiation skills
-Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
-Languages: English fluent
