π Key Responsibilities:
-Full management and support of the company's existing partners
-Support clients at all stages of onboarding and post-onboarding
-Retain clients and increase revenue, influencing profitability
-Present and sell new solutions & payment channels to existing partners
-Understand client needs, ensuring timely upselling of products & services
-Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships
-Handle document management
π― Requirements:
-Experience in payment service projects is required
-At least 2 years as a Client Manager in payment services
-Proven experience working with merchants in Europe market
-Excellent understanding of the Fintech / PSP solutions market
-Ability to create and develop partnerships
-Strong negotiation skills
-Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
-Languages: English fluent
-Location of candidate: Latvia, Riga

π― Qualifications:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
β’ 3+ years in payments management, preferably within the fintech or iGaming industry.
β’ Expertise in payment systems, gateways, and transaction processing.
β’ Strong data analysis skills to monitor trends and make data-driven improvements to the
payment processes.
β’ Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with a track record of driving results in a
dynamic environment.
β’ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
β’ Strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex payment strategies into actionable
plans.
β’ Proficiency in payment processing platforms and related software.
β’ Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, with a focus on operational efficiency and strategic growth.
