We're looking for a strategic QA Manager to build and lead our QA function from the ground up.

💼 What you’ll do:
Build, mentor and scale a high-performing QA team
Own the QA strategy across web, mobile, and backend
Define and promote test automation best practices
Set up efficient QA processes and tools
Collaborate closely with Product, Design & Engineering
Be accountable for release quality and testing standards
Track and report on key quality metrics

✅ What we expect:
8+ years in QA, including 3+ years in a lead/manager role
Proven track record of building QA processes from scratch
Hands-on experience with manual + automated testing
Strong understanding of client-server architecture
Tools: Postman, Charles, logs, API testing
English: B2+ and above

Nice to have:
Experience in fintech/crypto, performance & security testing, KYC/AML flows, CI/CD pipelines, dashboards (Grafana, GA).
