Customer Support Specialist to help users resolve issues and improve their experience with our products.

What you need to perform successfully: β’ Basic knowledge of gateway ecosystems, payment systems, and processing
β’ Handling initial merchant and client requests (checks, refunds, limits, payment statuses)
β’ Working with ticketing systems and payment dashboards (e.g., Grafana)
β’ Following scripts precisely and knowing standard support scenarios
β’ Basic understanding of regulatory requirements: PCI DSS, KYC, AML
