💰 Customer Support Specialist (Fintech) + 3
Be the first face of Utorg for our global clients. Go beyond ticketing - solve problems end-to-end, dive into technical details, and protect the brand. Work closely with product, QA, and dev teams to ensure the best user experience.

🕒 Schedule: Right now, we work on a 4/4 rotation (2 day + 2 night shifts). But very soon, the schedule will move to 3/3 with only 1 night shift.

We’re looking for teammates who: 🤝 Understand business representation 💼 Know how to support B2B clients 🎯 Focus on customer care and service quality 🌍 Bring (ideally) an international background**
